We have wiped one of the workstations & reinstalled the OS & Office. We have changed some registry files that my boss found. We have verified that it happens on more than one workstation. We have updated the drivers to the latest version. We have changed the settings from within Excel, in the Windows "Devices & Printers", and from the Print server. and it printed single-sided in spite of the settings. Then she printed the exact same document, same printer, same settings, same everything. and it came out double sided beautifully. I have personally witnessed this phenomenon I watched a user open a document, check the printer settings, print. It happens randomly, but probably 50% of the time. We have some large Excel files (controlled documents) that must be printed double-sided, However, sometimes they print double sided & sometimes they don't.
